Your hair is your confidence

frequently asked questions.
You got questions? We got answers!
When do I start seeing results?⌄
Will it work with my hair type?⌄
The two-shampoo method was made to fit every hair type and scalp problem. Simply adjust the amount of product you put in the applicator bottle based on our instructions for your hair profile so your hair gets exactly the amount of cleansing power it needs. Not more, not less.
How do I know which shampoo to use?⌄
- Use Maintain 01 for your regular washes. This shampoo will support your scalp balance while keeping your hair clean, preventing moisture loss and breakage.
- When you feel that your hair feels heavy, it is harder to style, switch to Reset 02 for one wash to remove all product residue, hard water minerals and other build up that was weighing your hair down. That’s it!
Do I need the applicator?⌄
Yes the applicator is part of the magic of the Dualis method! It allows you to apply your activated shampoo straight to the skin so you don't need to rub, scrub and damage your hair during the wash. That's how you can have a 2-minute wash that gives better result than a long haircare routine full of creams and gels.
What's the guarantee?⌄
Use the system for 90 days. If your hair isn't measurably healthier and longer, we refund the order, used bottles included. No forms, no photos required.
I'm 5 months postpartum and the shower drain was kinda scaring me - clumps every wash. First few washes with Dualis and there's just... noticeably less coming out in my hands. You don't rub it in the same way so I think that's a big part of it. Early days but I actually feel hopeful.
I have combination hair - oily on top, dry underneath - and I'd basically accepted I'd always need two different products fighting each other. Been using both shampoos for six weeks now and the biggest surprise is I've cut my washes down to twice a week. It didn't hit me until I looked back at how many bottles I used to have in the shower. Now it's just the two.
My hair's been a mess for 25 years and I'd honestly given up - thought good hair just wasn't in the cards for me. This was my last-ditch try. Four months later I'm genuinely enjoying my hair for maybe the first time as an adult. Fewer products, less money, and it actually works. Still can't quite believe it.
I've got a sensitive scalp and most shampoos leave it tight and itchy within hours. Dualis doesn't - first thing I noticed is my scalp doesn't feel that stripped squeaky-tight way after. No itch marching in by the afternoon. Small thing that's actually huge for me.
My curls went limp and frizzy with age and I assumed that was just it. Four months with the two shampoos and there's real bounce back - Reset clears the buildup that used to flatten everything, Maintain keeps it soft. Getting compliments on my curls at 45, didn't see that coming.
Menopause turned my scalp into an oil factory and I hated it. Four months using the two-shampoo system and it's genuinely balanced now - Reset when I feel buildup, Maintain otherwise. I wash twice a week now instead of daily. Bottles last forever too.
I distrust the haircare industry deeply and every "clean" brand I tried still didn't work, so my bar was on the floor. Dualis genuinely delivered - two products replacing my whole routine, no weird stripped feeling, no letdown. The water-activated mixing is oddly satisfying too.
started noticing more scalp at my part in my late 20s and it freaked me out. couple weeks with Dualis and there's just less hair coming out when I wash and brush. too early to call it regrowth but less falling out is already a win in my book.
Years of extensions and box dye left my hair brittle and I genuinely couldn't grow it past my shoulders because it kept breaking off. Ten weeks in and I've stopped losing length. It's not magic overnight growth - it's that it's not breaking anymore. Reset once a week keeps buildup off without stripping my colour, which shocked me.
Mum of two, I barely have time to shower let alone do a 5-step hair routine. Seven weeks in and this fits my actual life - quick wash, no conditioner step, and because my hair stays clean longer I'm washing less often anyway. Being able to keep it up is exactly why it's finally working.
ok so my whole life my roots are greasy by lunchtime but my ends feel like straw, and I never understood what shampoo and conditioner I was supposed to use. two weeks using the number 1 shampoo thing and my scalp isn't as oily the next morning?? ends feel softer too which surprised me bc usually I can't go out without conditioner. still getting used to the new routine but the results speak for themselves.
I wear a headscarf so my scalp health matters a lot to me even if others don't see my hair. itchy flaky scalp was making me miserable underneath. two months with Dualis and it feels genuinely clean and comfortable now. not stripped. relief honestly.
honestly I just wanted something fast that works. no more dreading washing my hair, no more washing it twice to feel clean. three months and my hair is better with less effort than ever. simple wins.
I always had thick hair and losing density as I aged hit my confidence hard - my ponytail felt like nothing. Five months with Dualis and there's real body back. Less shedding, more fullness, and my scalp feels healthy instead of tight. I feel a bit more like myself again.
was a hairdresser myself so I was the worst skeptic - but my own hair was fried from heat. three months on Dualis and the breakage has calmed right down, colour still looks vibrant, and I'm not drowning it in masks anymore. converted.
Been losing hair since my second baby and I cover my hair so not many people see it, but I see it, and it was affecting me more than I let on. Two months using the two shampoos and there's way less in my brush now. I've stopped bracing myself every time I wash. That alone is worth it.
I travel a lot for work and hated lugging a full toiletry bag of hair stuff. Now it's two small bottles and that's the entire routine. Four months on my hair's healthier than when I did all the faff, and wash day is a two-minute job instead of a chore I put off.
Flaky scalp for years, tried every anti-dandruff shampoo and they'd work for a while, then it always crept back. Two months in and my scalp finally feels settled.
bleached my hair to death since I was like 16. first thing I noticed with Dualis is I'm not ripping through knots with a comb after every wash - it detangles way easier so less snapping off. ends already feel less crispy.
between work and life I have zero time and I genuinely dreaded wash day because of the whole shampoo-condition-mask-detangle saga. Dualis takes me two minutes. TWO. rinse and done, no detangling session. I'm still a bit shocked it's this easy.
25 years of colouring and heat and my hair was basically dead at the ends. I was skeptical - thought I knew everything about haircare already. Five months later my hairdresser asked what I'd changed because I needed way less taken off. The gentleness of it is the whole point I think.
my curls used to get flattened and gunked up by buildup and I NEEDED conditioner just to get a comb through. first few washes with Dualis and my curls have kind of... woken up? more defined, less frizz, and no forced detangling ripping them apart.
My "postpartum" shedding never fully stopped after my youngest (she's 4 now). I'd resigned myself to a thin little ponytail. Five months on and it's genuinely thicker when I tie it up - I don't have to wrap the tie the extra time anymore. Slow but real.
I have LITERALLY tried everything, my bathroom looked like a Boots aisle. was fully expecting this to be another let down. first wash and the drain was clearer and my hair felt soft with no conditioner. I actually said "no way" out loud in the shower.
moved from a dry climate to a humid one and my scalp went oily overnight, was washing constantly. 2 months with Dualis and it calmed down a lot. hair stays light and clean much longer between washes now.
was so tired of standing in the shop overwhelmed by paraben-free this, silicone-free that, spending money with no guarantee. two months in and it's just... two bottles. no decision fatigue, no shelf of guesses. my hair likes it and my brain is calmer.
I've been trying to go low-tox across my whole life and my bathroom was the last holdout. Six weeks with just Maintain and Reset and I've cleared out about eight products. Fewer things, cleaner ingredients, and my hair's actually better for it. This is exactly what I wanted and rarely find.
I washed my hair EVERY day because it'd be a grease slick by evening otherwise. Two weeks with Maintain and it's staying clean into a second day, which has literally never happened to me. Apparently not stripping the scalp stops it overproducing oil?? whatever it is, it's working.
Wavy hair that never knew if it wanted to curl or frizz. Six weeks in and the pattern's more consistent - less buildup weighing it down, way less frizz, and I'm not drowning it in product to get definition. It just does its thing now.
